STILLSPEED is operated from Houston, Texas, USA. You must be at least the age of majority in your state, or have a parent's or guardian's permission, to make a purchase.

2. Products
All products are printed on demand after you order. Colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen, and print placement may shift slightly between shirts. Car specifications printed on designs are based on published manufacturer data and are for decorative purposes only.

3. Pricing and payment
Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time. We reserve the right to cancel any order, for example due to a pricing error, and will notify you if we do.

4. Shipping
Orders are printed and shipped by our production partner. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

5. Returns and replacements
See our Refund Policy. All sales are final except for damaged, misprinted, or defective items.

6. Intellectual property
All photography and designs on this site are original works owned by STILLSPEED. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell them without written permission. Vehicle names and model names are used for descriptive purposes only. STILLSPEED is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer.

7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, STILLSPEED is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.

8. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
